We begin with mental warm-up exercises which make feeling more easily
understood. The students learn quickly the difficulty of the willed and
un-willed movements, as well as the importance of the pendulum motion.
A large amount of concentration is necessary to retain symmetry, balance,
and rhythm.
Through the use of whiffle golf balls and tennis
balls, the student concentrates less on the swing technique and more on
the rhythm of the swing. Hereby one uses less strength and begins to land
more balls in the basket.
The many varied games make the experience enjoyable
and time flies as the ball flies or rolls as the ball rolls.
