We begin with mental warm-up exercises which make feeling more easily understood. Afterwards the students do exercises with and without golf balls, right- and left-handed.

The students learn quickly the difficulty of the willed and un-willed movements, as well as the importance of the pendulum motion.
A large amount of concentration is necessary to retain symmetry, balance, and rhythm.

Through the use of whiffle golf balls and tennis balls, the student concentrates less on the swing technique and more on the rhythm of the swing. Hereby one uses less strength and produces a more effective swing.

Should one still be using too much power, it is time for the Swopper. The Carvinggolf™ Swopper chair drill takes no prisoners:
if the rhythm is correct, the ball will fly. If not, then only the club goes airborn. One needs to try it themself to see the results.

We look forward to meeting you!
